What are the delivery options?

How long does delivery take?
Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi for orders placed before 2pm. Standard delivery takes 1-2 business days. Outside Nairobi, delivery takes 2-5 business days.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes! We deliver nationwide through courier partners. Shipping fees vary by location. Contact us for a quote.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
How do I return an item?
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange for the item to be picked up or you can drop it off at our store.
